National antikorupcinio Bureau (NEB) has opened a case of possible giving former Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk bribes
This is stated in the reply to the NEB request “Ukrainian news”.
It is suspected that Yatsenyuk received a bribe of $ 6 million through his colleague and ex-Deputy Mykola Martynenko from ex-MP Igor Skosarev for passage in the electoral list of the Batkivshchyna party in the elections of the Parliament in 2012.
The case opened by the decision of the anti-corruption court, which ordered to start the investigation of this fact.
It is noted that on 19 September the applicant filed with the NEB appeal of a criminal offence by providing an officer of illegal benefit in the amount of $ 6 million ex-Prime Minister through the Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada with the aim of obtaining a place in the electoral list of a political party.

These actions, according to the applicant, contain the signs of criminal offense under part 4 of Art. 369 of the Criminal code.
