Tom Brady agrees to serve a four-match suspension in the case of deflated balloons, having dropped an appeal Friday.
“The last 18 months have been challenging and I have taken the difficult decision not to extend the legal process, wrote a quarter of the Patriots on Facebook on Friday. I am excited to return to the land in the fall, and I will work hard in order to be the best player for the Patriots. ”
The most recent call Brady was rejected Wednesday circuit court of appeal in the United States. He could try to convince the Supreme Court to look into the matter, but about 99 percent of the cases submitted are rejected.
Brady was suspended before the 2015 season to link the American championship game against the Indianapolis Colts in January 2015. It was established that the Pats have used balloons underinflated en route to a crushing win of 45-7.
A judge overturned the suspension in September, and Brady was able to compete in the 2015 campaign, but in April, a three-judge panel voted 2-1 in favor of restoring the penalty.
