For the dough:

  • Warm Water – 200 ml
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt (no slides)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Flour – 400 gr

Yield: about 600 g of dough

For the sauce:

  • 250 grams of tomato
  • Basil – 1 handful fresh or 1 tsp dried
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Salt – to taste
  • Sugar – to taste
