Ukrainians promised salary in 15 thousand hryvnias.
However, this will not happen very soon – within three to four years, says the press service of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, informs Rus.Media.
Reva added that according to state frontier service, abroad on a permanent basis working 3 million 200 thousand Ukrainians, calling it “the second wave of migration” – during the first wave in the 90-ies, the figure was 7 million.
To reduce the outflow of population of Ukraine, according to Reva, it may help to approach the income level of the population to the level of performance of those countries to which Ukrainians go to work.
“To date, in terms of the hryvnia, the Ukrainian workers in Poland receive on average 19 200 hryvnia per month. To reduce the level of labour migration, as I have repeatedly said, the average salary in Ukraine should be no less than 15 000 UAH. We expect that this year the average salary in December will be released at a rate of 10 000 hryvnias, and we need three or four years, so our average salary went to the desired performance,” – said the Minister.
Reva added that the labor market in Ukraine currently, there is a favorable situation for the sake of the personnel employers are forced to set competitive salaries.
