The Ukrainian Parliament offered a “double” to hold the inauguration of President-elect Vladimir Zelensky

Thus, the Ukrainian MPs propose to hold the inauguration of the President in two stages. The first (formal) will be held may 19, in the Verkhovna Rada.
The second (Protocol), according to MPs, should take place at the NSC Olimpiyskiy, or at the Palace “Ukraine”.
“At the inauguration of the President must announce the dissolution of the initiative and to announce the introduction of a number of bills: on a new election system, impeachment, withdrawal of immunity and so on”, — stated in the message.
We emphasize that in this case, Zelensky will not be able to dissolve the Verkhovna Rada because, according to the law, the decree should be issued not less than six months before the next parliamentary elections.

“I believe that the inauguration should take place on may 19. Including with the Parliament,” wrote Zelensky in the post.
Zelensky also added that it is important not only for him but also for the Ukrainian people and foreign politicians:
“Certainty is very important for the people of Ukraine and for foreign guests who have already expressed their desire to arrive at the celebration, and for me personally,” he insists.
