The exchange rate in Ukraine of 30 April 2019: the dollar and the Euro after a weekend of even more cheaper, the national Bank published a new course

On Tuesday 30 April, which will be a day off, continues to operate the currency exchange rate in Ukraine established by the National Bank on Friday:

$ 100 — 2661.9328 hryvnia;

100 Euro 2960.8679 UAH;

10 roubles 4.1156 hryvnia.

According to the NBU, the Euro declined to a level of 29.6 UAH. The dollar remained almost unchanged.

It is already known that on may 2, the first working day after a long weekend, the national Bank set the following official exchange rates in Ukraine:

$ 100 — 2649.2737 hryvnia;

100 Euro 2949.4364 UAH;

10 rubles — 4.0944 hryvnia.

Until Thursday, the interbank market is not working. And on Friday April 26, trading on the interbank market ended with the decline of the dollar and the Euro. The U.S. currency by the end of the day was at is 26.37/26,42 UAH, trading in the Euro ended at 29,41/29,46 UAH, the Russian ruble fell to 0,4071/0,4083.

Official rates of other foreign currencies on Tuesday 30 April 2019 national Bank set at this level:

Zloty Poland – 6,89 UAH

Pound sterling United Kingdom – of 34.25 UAH

The Swiss franc UAH 26,04

Yuan China – 3,94 UAH

Yen Japan – 0,237 UAH

The Turkish Lira of 4.46 UAH.

As reported, the new global financial crisis could begin soon, which will affect the lives of Ukrainians. Economist Eric Naiman announced a disappointing Outlook on the future of the economy. As experts predict, the dollar may rise to 60 hryvnia.

Naiman sure that for Ukraine the situation is now more dangerous than in 2008. Indeed, over the past decade Ukraine has gained huge debts. This will lead to higher taxes and interest rates, and monetary emission. The issue will cause devaluation of the national currency.
According to the economist, during the crisis, the hryvnia may fall to UAH 60 per dollar. Accurate terms to define the economist is not taken. However, the fall of the hryvnia may occur in late 2019.
