The chief judge of the constitutional authority of the state, who have sworn to the people of Ukraine themselves have committed a serious criminal offence with the overthrow of the constitutional order. The revolution came in a hurry, with gross and flagrant violations of the Constitution of Ukraine, law of Ukraine “On constitutional Court”, the Rules of the constitutional Court of Ukraine”, — he said.
