In the case of the deadly accident in Kharkov, the perpetrators of which are considered Elena Zaitsev and Gennady drones, surfaced new details
The press service of the Kharkiv appeal court said in Facebook about the continuation of the judicial investigation. Elena Zaitseva has studied the case and filed an appeal, which the court accepted for consideration. The alleged culprit of the accident requires a reduced sentence.
“Opened the proceedings on appeal Elena Zaitseva and her lawyer Julia Pletnev. The participants in the proceedings have the right within 10 days to file objections to the appeal”, — is spoken in the message of the court.
The press service added that the appeal of the second accused, Gennady Dronova, yet will not consider. The application returned to lawyer for correction of inaccuracies.
The decision in the case Zaitseva and Dronova puzzled Ukrainians. They fear that the culprit of a terrible crime could go free and unpunished:
“How such a thing could be deprived of life, morally killed so many families and to be released, and someone over insignificant theft closed, and that our judgment is the same corrupt, to become President, God forbid, ex -“; “I can only Say one thing: from the human punishment, she can escape, and from God — never,” “Such as she need to sit life”; “I Have no words for indignation! Corrupt creature!”; “Just judges from the court in camera. Let it sit for it and pay anything and everything”.
Some users and even called to arrange a lynching if the girl eventually acquitted. According to the commentators, Elena Zaitseva deserves death and can be killed radical activists:
“The freedom she has to survive there is little chance of the relatives of the dead will not tolerate injustice! But if in prison for life can live happily!
