(Quebec) By opening a St-Hub resto-bar and a meal take-out at the Casino de Charlevoix, the St-Hubert hope to win the jackpot.
“We are always looking for new ways to reach our customers,” said Tuesday the CEO of Groupe St-Hubert, Pierre Rivard, at the announcement of this first collaboration between the catering company, recently sold to the Ontario corporation Cara, and the Société des casinos du Québec.
“This partnership aims to fill the casino customer needs looking for a quality food supply at affordable prices,” said Mr. Rivard.
The restaurant has a capacity of 120 seats. It will welcome its first guests at the end of November.
The amount of investment was not revealed by new business partners.
The St-Hubert Group continues negotiations with the Société des casinos du Québec to open casinos rotisseries the Montreal and Lac Leamy in Gatineau.
For the Société des casinos du Québec, the coming of St. Hubert appears to be a sure bet.
