Scientists have told how to preserve the health of the heart and blood vessels
A high level of physical preparedness and the lack of excess weight reduces the chance of heart attack by about two times.
To such conclusion cardiologists, published an article in the European Heart Journal.
“Our observations will, we hope, will force all inhabitants of the planet do more exercise and boost your stamina. Just a few months of grueling workouts will reduce significantly the probability to get cardiac arrest in the future, and this positive effect there is no ceiling,” said Jon Letnes (Jon Letnes) from science and technology University of Norway in Trondheim.

Scientists say that even a small increase in the level of physical activity actually reduces the chances of developing heart problems and blood vessels. Letnes and his colleagues explored this question, watching the health of all the inhabitants of one of districts of Norway for ten years. In total, there were about one hundred thousand young and old Norwegians, half of which agreed to maintain contacts with scientists.
Away 12 thousands of completely healthy volunteers, the researchers asked them to participate in the experiment. They measured the lung capacity and endurance charges, and then offered them on their own every day to do exercises in a special program designed to strengthen the heart and blood vessels.
