Cold drinks, buns and chocolate should be excluded from the diet in the fall.
As the temperature decreases nutritionists advise to reconsider their diet. Experts recommend in the fall to eat more vegetable salads, fish and foods with vitamin D in egg yolks and butter.
Experts also suggest to eat more spices: ginger, dried dill, garlic, onion, cardamom or Bay leaves.
“Somewhere from the middle of autumn it is necessary to include in the diet of sauerkraut – there’s a lot of vitamin C. in addition, there are apples, grapes (those who do not have diabetes), watermelon,” says nutritionist Inna Railko.
