According to the client, PrivatBank, traditionally, threw up his hands and asked him to wait for the refund on the card.
“The support said that if you apply for a refund, then you need to wait from 45 days to 180 days. Or just wait 11 days — maybe they’ll come back. Mdaaa… And now think about it: because THEIR herd was debited and I offer to wait is not clear how much. The court or something to submit?”, concluded dissatisfied customer.
