PrivatBank has once again become involved in another scandal
The thematic portal of the Ministry of Finance left a disgruntled client.
According to her, she filled up the card, but the money did not come Privat and otherwise ignores her complaints.
“08.05, I filled up my card through the terminal private Bank. Logged on your card.
Money on the card never came. Called the hotline, filed the return of funds. Do not return the money, every time a transfer time of consideration of an application for another term,” she said.
The client doesn’t understand why PrivatBank decided to do that to her.
“The amount is not small and I don’t understand why PrivatBank took my money. The other way as will call the police, I do not see, unfortunately,” she concluded.
