Party “Servant of people” working on the draft of the coalition agreement, although plans to create a single-party majority
This was stated by the representative of the President in the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk in the “Radio HB”.
“We have a dream to take sole responsibility, because, in principle, for 28 years of independence in Ukraine there was no party that could openly say: we are ready to take responsibility. We aim at such a result, because any collective responsibility is irresponsibility”, he said.
However, the President’s party is ready to form a coalition if it will not gain the necessary number of votes.
“It will be a coalition around names and ideas around. We will consider, first, those partners who will enable us to jointly identify those things that are important to Ukraine and to implement them”, — said Stepanchuk.
According to him, the servant of the people could unite with the party of Svyatoslav Vakarchuk’s “Voice” or the party “Strength and honor” by Igor Smeshko.
“These are new faces, new blood, which could give some impetus to Ukraine. But more need to say when we will get some kind of result,” he said.
