“April 10, 2019 by an authorised person of the NAB for the implementation of the ruling of the investigative judge of the solomiansky district court of Kyiv on 2 April 2019 information has been entered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the crime provided part 1 of article 364 and part 1 of article 210 of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, — stated in the press service of the anti-corruption Agency.
NABU also said that proceedings against Andriy Parubiy brought on suspicion of intentional abuse of power or official position and misuse of budget funds.
