The Walt Disney company broke contact with Director James Gunn, who was involved in the franchise “Guardians of the Galaxy” and had to participate in the filming of the third part.

According to the publication, Disney fired Gunn because of the materials objectionable content that was published by the Director on Twitter.
As noted, the Gann posts on Twitter referred to such topics as sexual violence and AIDS. The Director also frequently criticized U.S. President Donald trump.
As stated by representatives of Disney, “offensive attitude and remarks” that were present in the posts of Ganna, have nothing to do with values which are supported by the Studio, and can’t be justified.
“Abusive behavior and statements that were discovered in the tape of James on Twitter, are unacceptable and incompatible with the values of our Studio, and we broke off our business relationship”, – the newspaper quotes the words of the President of the Walt Disney Studios Alan horn.
Gunn also removed from the leadership of the filming of the third part of “Guardians of the Galaxy”, the premiere of which is scheduled for 2020.
In turn, Gunn apologized for his tweets and added, “just kidding”.
