Officially discontinued operations “Terra Bank” and Bank “the Standard”
In the Unified state register (usr) of legal entities, individuals-entrepreneurs and community groups made records about the termination of activity of legal persons of two Ukrainian banks, which were previously recognized as insolvent.
About it reports a press-service of Fund of guaranteeing deposits of natural persons (fgvfl), writes Delo.ua.
So, according to the DGF, may 15, an entry was made in the unified state register on state registration of termination of activity of PJSC “Terra Bank” as a legal entity. The next day a similar entry was made in respect of PJSC CB “Standart”. Thus, the elimination of financial institutions is completed and the liquidated banks.
Under current law, the claims of creditors against the Bank that were not satisfied because of insufficient assets, are extinguished. Thus, the powers of the Deposit guarantee Fund of natural persons as liquidator of the two banks is discontinued.
As previously reported, as of may 1, 2019 in liquidation are 87 banks.
Recall that the Ukraine finally abolished the Bank “Daniel”. All funds of the depositors were paid in full.
As reports a press-service of Fund of guaranteeing deposits, April 12 the Fund has presented the documents to the state Registrar of legal entities and physical persons-entrepreneurs and community groups for the state registration of liquidation of the Bank as a legal entity.
According to part seven of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine “About system of guaranteeing deposits of individuals”, the guarantee Fund terminates payment of guaranteed amount of compensation on deposits on the day of submission of documents for inclusion in the unified state register of record about liquidation of the Bank as a legal entity.
As reported, the amount of savings Ukrainians in 2018 increased by 16.8 billion UAH. These data are provided by the State statistics service (gosstat).
Income of the population of Ukraine for the last year amounted to 3.22 trillion UAH, expenses – 3,20 trillion UAH. Disposable income, which can be used for the purchase of goods and services increased by 21.9%. Disposable income per person in 2018 amounted to 57,91 thousand UAH, which is by 22.5% more than in 2017.
