Individual charged with theft on Sanctuary Road

The broadcast of surveillance camera photos enabled the Sherbrooke Police Service to arrest a suspect in connection with the major theft at a residence on Chemin du Sanctuaire. Martin Prévost was charged with breaking and entering on Friday at the Sherbrooke courthouse.

The Sherbrooke Police Service was looking for two individuals in connection with a $ 3400 robbery at a residence. The two suspects entered a residence located at 655 Sanctuaire Road in Sherbrooke on January 26 to commit this important flight between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm. On the spot, they stole many electronic devices and tools, an Acer laptop, two pairs of headphones, a sound column, two chain saws, a jack and sockets.

The suspects had forced a window from the garage door with a piece of wood to enter. They stole various items before fleeing by car to Stoke.
