“The ice was broken — the United States can give Ukraine the status of the main military and political ally to our accession to NATO — the politician wrote. I’m sure this will be very significant for the cessation of Russian aggression against Ukraine.”

“In my opinion, these are the actions of the US will be the practical implementation of security assurances under the Budapest Memorandum given by the nuclear States in exchange for our unprecedented contribution to global nuclear disarmament”, — said Lyashko.
