“I don’t want to buy our pizza”: Papa John’s announced a boycott of neo-Nazis

Representatives of the popular U. S. network of pizzerias Papa John’s encouraged neo-Nazis to withdraw from their institutions because they consider them unwelcome guests. The corresponding statement was a response to publications in the right-wing media, where’s the pizza of this brand was named the official pizza of the far right.

As noted in a press interview, senior Director of Papa John’s public relations Peter Collins, the company condemns any form of discrimination based on race and ethnicity, as well as the activities of organizations supporting such sentiments. He stressed that in their pizzerias don’t want such individuals bought their food. Experts believe that the leadership of the brand decided immediately to explain his position on this issue, so as not to alienate customers. Recall that the reason for the scandal was the publication in ultrapro edition of the Daily Stormer, where Papa John’s named official pizza. Immediately after that, the social network has fallen with criticism upon the company and its leaders.
