  • Potatoes – 2 kg
  • Eggs – 2 PCs.
  • Pork – 700 g
  • Onion – 300 g
  • Vegetable oil – 100 ml
  • Salt, pepper – to taste
  • Sour cream – 300 g
  • Broth – 100-150 ml
  • Flour – 300 gr

Method of preparation:

  1. Boiled pork mince. Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Mix the pork with the onions, adding a little broth.
  3. Boil the potatoes until cooked for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Wipe the potatoes, cool and add egg yolks. Knead.
  5. To form potato cakes, put them minced meat.
  6. To close and form zrazy in the form of droplets.
  7. Roll in flour.
  8. Fry in a pan on both sides until Golden brown.
  9. Then put in a preheated 180 degrees C oven for 15 minutes.
