- 300 gr. chicken
- 250 gr. pumpkin (purified)
- 1 small bulb onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp semolina or breadcrumbs
- 3-4 sprigs of parsley
- green onions to taste (I have dry)
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Chicken kill in a blender, or grind in a meat grinder, informs Rus.Media.
Pumpkin grate on a medium grater. If very juicy, squeeze.
Onion grate or chop blender.
Parsley and green onions finely chopped with a knife.
Connect chicken, pumpkin, onion, eggs, semolina (or breadcrumbs) and add chopped greens. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
