Most likely, you like Italian wine, perhaps you like Italian cinema, but a love for Italian cuisine is obvious. We decided to tell you a recipe appetizers with wine – Italian grissini breadsticks, informs Rus.Media.
- 400 gr wheat flour
- 200 ml of water
- 40 g olive oil
- a teaspoon of sugar
- teaspoon salt
- sachet of dry yeast
- sea salt/sesame seeds/Basil – to taste
Mix the flour with dry yeast, add warm water. Do not rush knead the dough, let the water and flour to “make friends”, leaving them under a cover or towel for 15-20 minutes.
Now it’s time to mix our dough. Add sugar, salt. Wet your hands with olive oil (this will help them to stay clean) and start kneading, during which a little olive oil. The dough should be soft.
Then the dough again, cover with a towel and set in a warm place for 30-60 minutes, it should increase about 2 times.
Now divide the dough into small pieces. Tie each piece to a thin flagellum and twists into the spiral. The thinner will be the test billet, the more crispy will grissini.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and spread our grissini. Sprinkle with a spray bottle with water and sprinkle with large sea salt or sesame seeds, Basil, poppy seeds, etc.
Bake at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Note: if you play and add to the dough more sugar – grissini make a great treat for tea.
