Three men accused of storming the building of Kharkiv regional state administration in April 2014 are exempt from real punishment.
In Kharkov Kiev district court sentenced one of the leaders of the Kharkov “Maidan” Spartacus Golovacheva. On Friday, July 13, according to local newspaper media port.
Noted that, in addition to Golovacheva, sentenced two more people. All of them were accused of storming the building of Kharkiv regional state administration in April 2014.
Reportedly, the defendants – natives of Odessa, Chuguev and Kharkiv – are exempt from real punishment.
A native of Odessa, Kharkiv businessman and free diver Spartak Golovachev was accused of organizing mass riots, accompanied by violence, pogroms, arson, destruction of property, seizure of buildings and resistance to authorities with weapons and other objects, and in active participation in the riots.
Two other defendants were charged with active participation in the riots with violence, pogroms, arson, destruction of property, seizure of buildings and the resistance of the authorities.
It is noted that none of the defendants not guilty.
The court found the accused guilty and sentenced him to five years in prison, but found it possible to release them from real punishment with a probation period of three years.
Earlier it was reported that the leader of the anti-Maidan in Kharkov Sergey Yudaev was released after he was amnestied by the Kiev regional court. At first the court gave him the maximum period and then released into the wild.
Later the citizen of Russia Sergey Yudaeva, who was amnestied by the court in Kharkiv, was reported missing on new business.
