A collective space that opens its doors

Un espace collectif ouvre ses portes

THREE-RIVERS — A new collaborative space, multi-use has just been inaugurated in the Plaza de la Mauricie in collaboration with the Carrefour jeunesse-emploi de Shawinigan and the Centre Roland-Bertrand.

This is the first concept of its kind to be established in a commercial center of the region. This collective space will be made freely available to all for social activities or recreation. Indeed, the Plaza de la Mauricie wishes to provide a dimension of intergenerational sharing in the community. The local will allow customers and tenants to share passions, knowledge, and moments of quality in a context that is welcoming and convenient

The place of a size of 456 square feet is meant to be multi-functional with access to Wifi, chairs, tables, power outlets and a bathroom. It should be noted that participants of the Carrefour Jeunesse-emploi and the Centre Roland-Bertrand, have put their hands in the dough from 1 February to 12 April at the rate of one day per week in performing work of plastering, painting, electricity and carpentry. The parking lot is easy to access.
