Three-Rivers — The 6th Gala country will be presented on Saturday, October 20, and nominations, unveiled Tuesday, have once again demonstrated that the Region figure prominently in the world of country in quebec. The region harvest no less than seven nominations in twelve categories in the program.

In the prestigious division of female performer of the year, the region is represented twice, since we found Cindy Bédard, as well as Manon Bédard, both from Saint-Tite. The two Mauritian find themselves in good company with names as prestigious as Renée Martel, Guylaine Tanguay and Véronique Labbée. Cindy Bédard had won this title the enviable position in 2016.

The gala will be presented in the framework of Celebration of the culture and Country from 19 to 21 October in Mont-Tremblant and the awards evening will be held at the Casino of the place and it will be hosted by MC Gilles. The evening will be broadcast live on television on the airwaves of Us TV and MAtv as early as 20 h.
