THREE-RIVERS — The Carrefour Jeunesse-Emploi (CJE) Trois-Rivières/MRC des Chenaux launches a new project in order to reduce the impact of the shortage of labour on the labour market in Trois-Rivières. This project is intended for young people aged 16 to 18 years of age wishing to find employment this summer.
The organization wishes to develop the employability of all registered candidates in order to facilitate their integration on the labour market. In addition to participating in a workshop on the job search, the Pack-bag of employment, candidates will have the opportunity to live all the stages of a selection process.
Following their interview of group and individual, all youth will receive a written evaluation describing their strengths and points to improve. All these activities will enable candidates to acquire the tools and techniques that can help them in their future job search.
To register, kiosks are required in all secondary schools in Trois-Rivières. In addition, it is possible to download the registration form by visiting the www.cjetrdc.com. The deadline for registration is Friday 20 April 2018. For any questions, you can communicate directly to the 819 376-0179.
For employers, matching is possible between the project, young people and their needs in manpower. They are invited to contact Joanie Laperriere, head of the project, for the same number, extension 251.
